Cut out any food that has unpasteurized milk in it including cheeses such as brie, camembert, and some Mexican cheese. Also cut out foods that have raw egg in it including homemade cookie dough. Be sure if you want to avoid problems while trying to conceive, to really take care of your prenatal diet!
• Make sure you drink more water. Water should always be your first beverage choice before, after and during your pregnancy. Water helps to flush your system of toxins. Once you’ve gotten your eight glasses in, you can drink fruit and vegetable juices also. Excellent for trying to conceive chances.
• Perhaps the most important thing you can do before you get pregnant is to cut out all alcohol. If the test is positive, there is a good chance of the pregnancy proceeding normally to birth. If it is negative, then the IVF treatment has not been successful. Most couples in difficulty getting pregnant try again a few months later.
